These Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") govern your access to and use of Widgle: Guess the Word ("Application", "App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Unless custom terms apply, the Application is licensed to you under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
Widgle offers optional auto-renewable subscription tiers ("Widgle Pro") as a separate in-app purchase. Widgle Pro provides unlimited daily puzzles, custom photo themes, and 4-, 6-, and 7-letter word modes.
The total price and billing period are displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront and currency. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew at the displayed price and billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
An introductory offer applies only when it is displayed by Apple before confirmation and you are eligible under Apple's rules. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.
You can restore your active subscriptions on any iOS device associated with your Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" button in the App's Pro settings sheet.
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Application (including graphics, code, widgets, and design elements) belong to Widgle.
