This Privacy Policy describes how Widgle ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile and desktop application.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Widgle is designed with user privacy as a core priority. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal identifiable information (PII), location data, IP addresses, contact lists, or usage analytics.

2. Local Data Storage & Synchronization

All your gameplay progress, win statistics, streaks, game settings, and custom wallpaper photos are stored strictly locally on your device using Apple's standard local storage frameworks (UserDefaults and App Groups).

If you have iCloud enabled, game state may be synchronized across your personal Apple devices via Apple's secure iCloud Key-Value Storage. This data is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible by us.

3. In-App Purchases

Transactions for Widgle Pro subscriptions are processed securely by Apple's App Store via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details or financial information.

4. Third-Party Services & Tracking

Widgle contains no third-party ad networks, no tracking scripts, and no analytics SDKs. Your activity remains private to you.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
